how do I use the built-in webcam?

It just all depends on your computer. If you look down an there is a picture of a camera on the "V" key. Press Alt V then there you go.. If you have the other one. Go to the start up meue an press search, then type in "Webcam", or "Camera". I hope that answer your question..
