When I try to open some downloads on my emails all I get is a text on screen saying "couldn't load plug in".What can I do to cure this.

This is one of the many faults and aggravations to do with computers & mobile phones etc.They are put on the market before theve been perfected Int the companys eagerness to get your money.   GREED.
