I went to a cooking program website to research a receipt for lemon pie. They would not give me the receipt unles I subcreibed to there nagazine. I was very careful to avoid the button that would submit my subscription. I did nnopt subscribe to the magazine, but they are billing me anyway for a 6 month subscription. I consider it fraudulent. To whom can I refer the matter?

I did not use a credit card. The only info I gave them was my e mail address
