Is my Ipod destroyed because a 2 yr old covered it in liquid soap? Tried letting it dry out but still doesnt come on.

Try putting your Ipod in a ziplock bag of dry rice for a day or two. The rice will absorb the moisture. We do this with our cell phones & it does work.
