The cut off switch is in the trunk,eather left or right side behind the cardboard covering.it is like the tilt switch in a pinball mech,this switch should be pushed to check if your not turning on your fule pump.

To find the fule pump relay ,open up the hood while  someone turn on the ign key.that relay is the usually the first relat that turnes on .it is very  unlikely the relay is bad,but to verify this find anouther relay that is the same as the one next to it of same sise.but remember to not get them mixed up .
