Why do gasoline prices always increase after every war the US fights in for oil?

The US isn't fighting to make oil more available, it's fighting for a handful of corporations to control a limited resource. Oil companies benefit even more as prices rise. Blowing up resources makes them more scarce, fueling speculation which drives prices up.
