I have a dead opossum under my pool deck; it i unobtainable; how do I hasten the decomposition process and neutralize the odor?

Go to a hardware store & get some barn lime, use a squeeze bottle to get the dust on it so it can decompose sooner. once it's decomposed the odor should go away otherwise use a neutralizer spray.
