If you are on Verizon you can go online to your account and click on the friends and family button. Just add their name and number and you are done.

When you click on the weather icon, in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up it says change location in blue letters. Click on that and enter your city.

Try going into control panel to programs and features. Look through the program list to see if there is one installed, then delete it.
