I have Internet Explorer, but I think every Internet page have a tools, so I hope you get fixed after following this.
You have to open a Internet page, you have to take tools, tools is at the right side, at least I have, click there and go down, then take Internet Options, click there and you have there a box witch is named Home Page. Put there a address what you want to be your home page. Then click ok and if you shut down a internet page and open it again, you have your new home page.
