I was was injured in phyical theraphy 25 years ago. While in traction. A new intern came in and started fliping switchs turning knobs until the new machine flipped me uot on the floor. I had a injured spine. His statment was is your spine is like a deck of cards and you half to shuffel it up sometimes.
