what is a probation revocation hearing

a probation revocaton hearing is when a person is already on probation and that person is not in compliance with the terms of their probation. When you are not in compliance with the said probation, the probation officer will schedule a revocation hearing to state to the presiding judge why the person should be revocated on there probation. Ie. extra probation time, extra community service or even jail time. the majority of the time its jail time.
