If your computer is a PC (I have both PC and a Mac) i found that my Pc was slowed down so much that it would take about 2 minutes to load a page. 

What I did was to ditch y virus protection and downloaded MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS for free from Microsoft and I also have bought AVG PC Tuneup not sure about the the price I think $39.00 .      I also have RegCure to clean any extra junk .  I set a time for these to run (not the same time) and it works for my Dell computer. 

With my Mac I haven't got any thing It runs fast and smooth.
