I can not finish the conversion of medisoft version 17 after I restored the backup from version 11. I got message " all user must exit the program" Anyone cpuld help 1

Close the upgrade process. Go to your Medidata folder, find that practice folder, then look for a file named MWLock.lok and delete it. If you see a MWClose delete it as well.
Suggestion: copy that Medidata folder to another location and do this process on the new folder.
