iam extremly shy and havent had a girl friend in about 25 years. iam attracted to woman and just cannot find the right one. ladies what should you suggest iam fit ,good looking and iam 37 years old? Should i be more agressive or just be myself . what do woman like for a man? Iam a bit insecure and confidence is low i need to grow in that aspect, but iam a very sensitive person also.

i think you should pray...and start off doin small things out of your comfort zone, then just get bigger. but remember to be yourself. if a girl doesn't like who you really are then she isn't the right one. and someone will come soon.
