They are just checking them out - women do the same. It is just curiosity and really everyone does it. You only notice when you are trying to see.
Stand up to them, act strong and be the better person. Don't swear at them or treat them the way they treat you. Every time you see them smile and hold your head up high. Bullies are only afraid to pick on people who know who they are, so be confident and don't react to them if they turn on you. If you are weak, or cave in when (and if) they insult you, they will know they have found a target. It is the same with all ages.

Don't keep windows or doors open for a long time with a large gap, and if you do, close the curtains. Also leave a jar of moldy jam or honey just outside a window or door. The insects will go to that instead, get stuck and you can chuck them away.

Don't concentrate on getting married. Every time you meet someone new don't think, Hmm, could I spend the rest of my life with them....? Just focus on enjoying your relationships and when the right person comes along you will know. As for you chances, plenty of people don't get married till old age and still enjoy married life. If you don't meet anyone in the next few years, that doesn't decrease your chances of getting married.
