I had a stroke 7 years ago.I recovered fully,and now do everything including drive.I have a spotless driving record!!!I did not lose my license at any time.The question is,If i have an enemy,can he call up the florida department of highway and safety and have my license suspended??Can he do this without getting information on my stroke?Doesn't he need a doctor?(I have two signatures from doctors Letting me Drive.I have a regular doctor and a neurologist although this is 7 years ago.
