iam extremly shy and havent had a girl friend in about 25 years. iam attracted to woman and just cannot find the right one. ladies what should you suggest iam fit ,good looking and iam 37 years old? Should i be more agressive or just be myself . what do woman like for a man? Iam a bit insecure and confidence is low i need to grow in that aspect, but iam a very sensitive person also.

should i wrap a leather 20 lb medicine ball to throw on stucko? I just bought it and the only plays i have to throe it is on my house which has stucko, i dont want to ruin it should i wrap it with duck tape or will that tear the leather on the medicine ball?

I have sore ligaments,tendons, joints or what some people might call (tennis elbow) i been taking omega fish oil ,glucosamine,chondroitin, and methysulfonymethane (msm) and adding warm water to my elbows for three weeks now. I still have pain and cannot work out . Any other remedies or suggestions i should do?

Does anybody know how disability works by seeing a chiropracter? I have neck and both my elbows are in pain. Would i qualify for disability or i have to have a more serios injury?
