I paid for and down loaded FaceTime. It does not show up on my iTunes apps and I can not sync it to my iPad. What have I done wrong?

I am working on a Mac os x 10.6 trying to use Shaw photo share. I can't upload my photos and I get "Image uploader encountered some problem - contact web master". Who is WEB MASTER?
