can a capuchin monkey be kept in a cage?

keeping a monkey in a cage is not especially ideal. For that matter keeping any animal in a cage all the time is not good. Animals deserve some freedom -- caging can be rather cruel.

I had a Yorkie that lived to be 15 and didn't like riding in the car. I did like Kennelman suggested -- short, but fun trips like to a park, praising him everytime the short trip went OK. What really helped was a little car seat that he could sit in and see OUT. It was strapped in to the car seat and he had his own little seat belt thing too. I think the brand name was "Outward Hound". He would sit up in that and look out at everyone and didn't get sick after that.
