The computer must have had a weird update because I just got windows explorer 9 and everything's there. Try checking your documents and favorite documents and it's likely it will be there.
My friend did that and it worked for them.

Post on your wall that you have been hacked and anything that I wouldn't regularly do would have been done by the hacker so please add me at my new account called _________. Or you can change your password and say "I have been hacked and anything that I wouldn't regularly do would have been done by the hacker so please ingnore that.

It could have been disabled by you or it must have been disabled my an update your computer had. Or your using a new type of internet(e.g fire fox,internet explorer).

how do I clear my google history

This only works with internet explorer, I think. Go in the web address and type in google. Your history will show up. Move your cursor to the right end of one of your typed in history. An x will appear. Click on it. Do this for the rest of your history.
If you had a lot of history backspace one of your letters in google to make it googl. More of your history will appear. X out more of your history. if you had a lot of history, keep backspacing until all of your history is cleared. You can also do this for your google toolbar. I figured this out, and i'm 10.
