I've been told that registry cleaners are over-rated, and been asvised by some big name computer people, dont use one on my computer, cause they do more harm than good and there trouble. But I have 300 and something errors on my registry as of right now!!! So what do I do besides get a cleaner?!?

im typeing a paper, and i do the spellcheck, and it stalls. I hit refresh, and everything I typed is gone, cause it refreshed the previous page! how do i get what i typed back?
