Approximately 2 weeks ago, I ordered and paid for via credit card a Broilmaster 21" Stainless Bowtie Burner with Twin Curved Tubes (Item# DPP101), and A Stainless Steel Temp Indicator (Item#DPP18SS), neither of which have arrived. Is there a problem???????
