I grew up in the 60"s so yes I think that era produced some of the best music but I also love gospel hymns and anything that exalts the Lord I would chose this over R&R because it does not entertain it lifts up your spirit!

This is part of 1 COrinthians 13 the apostle Paul was using this as an example to show that one can give up his life but it would not mean anything unless he had the love of God in his life. God's kind of love is that we love without expecting anything in return. hope this helps.
