Yes, I have. I was a child then, and practically starved. We lived in an occupied country and no food was available, except what the goose left for us (before we ate her too...) It tasted good, but then everything did, but I do recall it was rather strong tasting, definitely stronger than a hen's egg. We hard-boiled the goose egg and peeling it was kind of tough, but it made it easier to share between four starved people. The yoke was kind of greenish. Let us know what you think.
