When you are working on a parttime job and you have a mandatory meeting that you have to attend out of town on a non-work day, is it the law that you get paid for this? The meeting is about 1 1/2 hours away and it lasts for about 5 plus hours. You are getting paid by the hour and not salary when working the normal job on a normal day. Can they collect travel time and money/
