i am flying home today becuase my horse sitter (its been 7 weeks) says there is a mushroom like growth on both of my horses eyes. He was fine when i left no lesions or sores, good general health. What could this be? How do i treat it?

the stuff is worth about a thousand dollars and i have text messages that i saved where she states she will return my stuff or buy it. I told her in text messages my stuff isnt for sale but she insistes she is buying my stuff for 400 dollars. then she says i can get it and changes her mind again and says she is keeping it. she is a grown women but i know her mom and her mom says she is street smart and will figure out a way to screw me.
Never a borrower or lender be i guess.
