What is wrong with me if I have constant muscle pain, flu like symptoms, fatigue, uncoordination, and all over joint paon with memory loss?

The more serious symptoms you are describing seem to be some type of neurological problem. Go to the emergency room right away. The more time we have to figure out what is going on the better outcome for you. Good luck
