Oh, for Pete's Sake, NO. Here we have a suggestion for federal control on something that doesn't even exist yet.
I like Wayne Bell's answer. What had occurred to me earlier is that I would (1)use my Presidential powers which are legal to UNDO all the things which Obama has done, illegally, by circumventing Congress and opposing The Constitution. (2) At the same time, I would abolish Political Correctness.
Now, that's the first day.
Then I'd do all the things Wayne Bell said.
How would I know? That's why I get disgusted with people who say THIS IS THE WAY IT IS about Heaven, or what God thinks, etc. etc. etc. There are some things we are not going to KNOW until we die. I assume we'll know then.
I still get teary-eyed when I see pictures of the World Trade Center -- two of the most marvelous, beautiful building EVER.
I liked the answer which someone gave: "If you are a mother, a daughter, and a teacher, are you one person, or three people?"
I'd cry and feel very, very sad.
Not all apples are red. There is an apple which is white on the outside and red inside.
**Here's the way I think of The Trinity....and I am no great Bible scholar. But this makes sense to me....and it works for me.
GOD .... the Great Creator, was before everything. Created everything. Along the way, for reasons of His own, He decided He needed to make a link between Himself and Human Kind. So He sent JESUS. Jesus was not only a link, or a bridge, for kinship with God, but he was also salvation for us humans, who are never perfect.
JESUS....already explained above, was to be here only long enough to establish the link, but he had to prove his relationship to God by enduring crucifixion, and then rising from death. He also had to leave so that God could send the Holy Spirit to be with us.
HOLY SPIRIT...very, very powerful. Not a man. It's a spirit, to be with us, to help us, to give us comfort in all kinds of situations and ways.
So there is THE TRINITY...God, Jesus, Holy Spirit. One created us, One came to let us understand God and to help us feel kinship with God, and one is still with us now to help us in any way.

I just do really dumb things. Fortunately, I've learned this is a fact, so I just accept it when it happens. HOWEVER, one example: I was going to bake oatmeal cookies, so I set up a flat place, poured out the Quaker Oats, got my rolling pin, and was rolling away, when my husband walked in. He looked at me and said, "What are you doing?" I answered: "I'm making rolled oats." About half way through the word "rolled" it suddenly occurred to me, what a dumb thing I was doing. The family has never forgotten it.
You definitely need BOTH academic knowledge and street smarts. Just plain common sense is the best .... and you don't get that from books.
