i cant find my favorates

Click start menu. Type Programmes and features in search box. Click view installed updates (in left panel). Under uninstall an update, scroll down until you come to Explorer 9. Easiest found using the date on the right. UNINSTALL the stupid programme and you get back to Explorer 8 and your Favourites. Thats what I had to do but it worked.

What happened to my favourites on the tool bar

Come on Colleen, you cannot answer a question with another question! Mine too has gone, Explorer 9 just decided I didn't need or want this useful tool and I would like it back. Does anybody have a nice simple 'non geeky' answer to this stupid problem?
