the question was: a UK Based company is planning to establish a manufacturing facility ( FACTORY ) in a country in east europe. the economy is weak yet stable for the past few years. the growth is 6% for the past few years. the inflation is 5.5% for the past few years. the govenment is democraticly elected. this counrty is planning to have a membership in the Euro Zone in 4 years. what should i suggest to the board of directors? should e go ahead with this factory? or, it is risky and not worth it? i would like to have an expert opinion, please. regards,
