I don't know anyone in particular, I heard rumors that if you are 65 and just off an airplane from xxxx country that you could collect without ever putting into the system. If that is the case, in my opinion, that is soooo wrong. I will review the website that Benhong mentioned, I like to have facts before I get all riled up and call my Senator and Congressmen/women.
