hello, my name is fernando palazuelos, I left a baggage in luggage storage on june7 2011 the reference number of my ticket is 580000099417, I have contacted Heathrow T 5 team so that they send my luggage home wich is in Mexico. they gave me this link in order to pay for the storage and the air freight the amount is 463.25 punds.my question is how do I make the payment?
