That give you the price per gram for scrap ex. $1498 (per ounce) x .585 (14k) x .90 (percentage you get) divided by 31.1 (grams in an ounce) $25.36 per gram at $1497 an ounce the price of an ounce changes from minute to minute (see kitco.com for realtime quote) This doesnt mean that you will get that from a pawn shop because they only give what they have to & they know people are desperate or they wouldn't be selling. I was in Tucson last week & they were paying $20 a gram so you can see they keep an extra $5 a gram below scrap (just because they can)!

I do not want to kill cows, lamb or pigs but for some reason I am ok with turkeys & chickens? Maybe if I saw them killed I wouldn't want to eat them either. Just becoming more sensitive to the value of life in my old age I guess.

They don't. My husband is a nice guy. My first husband, however, was a thug. When women are young/immature)they go for the bad boy, excitement, drama & sex appeal of the thug. But when they mature or get older they are looking for a good father, faithful husband, provider, & security & stability. It's all about timing. Just don't be a pushover because women get tired of a man that always agrees & gives them their way (they just won't tell you that)!

Try finding an eating disorder clinic in your area. If you have insurance, alot of them will cover inpatient treatment or outpatient therapy. It is more common than you think & is becoming more "socially acceptable" to talk about since people like Princess Diana and famous actresses have "come out" about them. The 10 ten triggers for overeating that another person just listed are excellent. If you stop & count to 10 & think about why you are eating before you put something in your mouth it helps too. Keeping busy is also an easy way to keep from overeating.

If I told you then someone would know. Ok, two weeks ago I was in Tucson on vacation at a Thrift store & a mexican couple were in front of me with two caucasian boys. She asked the clerk if they gave foster parent discounts & the clerk said no. I gave the woman $20 to purchase the kids clothes with. One of the kids said "your very nice". That was worth much more than the $20. I felt the need to give because my parents were foster parents to several children when I was young. I truly believe Random Acts of Kindness CAN make a difference & restore peoples faith in mankind!

So many before me have given you great advice. I would, however, look at yourself & why you feel you aren't worthy of a good relationship. Your track record says something of how you feel about yourself. I know, because I have made the same mistake in the past. The light at the end of the tunnel is that I am now married to a very good man. I had to take a long hard look at myself after the last bad relationship (drugs, alcohol). I let SEVERAL years go by & alot of soul searching before I met my current husband & life partner. Pray about it daily & God will help you heal if you help yourself. Best wishes to you :o)

I have an ex husband who was addicted when I met him at 17, he is now 41 & still addicted. Spent most of his adult life in & out of jail. Has been thrown off a bridge (owed money to drug dealers) got Hepatitis, lost his wife & child, owns nothing but a few clothes from a thrift store & has left a trail of destruction including contributing to the health problems of his mom & dad & life long scars left on me & his & my son. I think just about every family out there today, either has a family member addicted to something (food, drugs, gambling etc...) or has a friend that is. It really says something about the direction of our country & the lack of religion in todays society.

It is ALWAYS best to be honest with your (her) parents. I think they will respect you for being honest EVEN if they do not agree with your decision. I'm sure they are worried about her getting pregnant, growing up too fast, getting sidetracked from furthering her education,etc... Just ask to sit down with them over dinner, be honest, & be WILLING to accept their decision. Most parents just want the best for thier children, they are not trying to punish them or take away their fun. Best of luck & let me know how it turns out. :o)

If it was easy, everyone would have one! You can have your abs liposuctioned where they sculpt your abs giving them definition but it's not cheap (anywhere between $3000-$6000 depending on what state you live in & the popularity of the doctor. Good old fashioned crunches & sit ups work. Also walking 5000 steps a day 5 days a week or jogging every other day for 2 miles or more will tone your entire body.

for those of you who thought it was a funny question. my parents were a homicide/suicide for that very reason. Adults who make poor decisions like that, affect their children in ways they could never imagine & it stays with them for life. I am a grandma now & it still has an impact on my life, although not as much as it did in my adolescent & teen years, it is still there.
