I just got the EXACT same letter yesterday, (7/29/2011).  Cash prize winner with a check # and the amount I supposedly won, $898,899.00.  I am instructed to send cash, check, or money order in the amount of $20.00 within 5 days of reciept of this notice.  I have also noted that the detailed accounting in the amount of $898,899.00 and below that box is Grand Prize: $8,988.99.  That's an awfully big difference.  Is there anyone who has actually sent in the $20.00?  And if so, what did they get in return for their $20.00?  Maybe the Attorney General for the State of Florida should be notified since they are asking for money in return for suppoesed prize money.
