Remember to "push" the tip of the caulking gun with a small pea visible at the front of the tip, do not drag it. Pushing the tip gives one A better finish with little or no waist.

You are wasting you money on Carfacts. Carfacts ONLY reports if recalls were completed or not and if the vehicle was ever totaled by an insurance company. If the original owner never took it to a dealership for service the is no valid service record or if the owner chose not to accept the salvage value and repaired the vehicle himself there is no valid record.

At what mileage might a Honda Ridgeline need major auto repair ? I'm talking timing belt, timing chain, elec. problems, transmission, etc.

Check the owners manual for the information you desire. Seems to me the belt is scheduled to be changed at 60,000 miles. The Ridgeline is basically an AWD Camry chassis.

If my recollection is correct it was around 3.5% each for the employer and the employee and we would stop paying at around October or November on a salary of around $3,800. The self employed rate was around 5%. I was a Union Steel worker, earning around $2.10 an hour. I started working for Bethlehem Steel in 1955 at $1.40 an hour and that was a good rate. I retired in 1986 as a craftsmen at $13,20 an hour and that was a great rate back then. Today Walmart pays $14.50 an hour with benefits to their warehouse workers for driving a fork lift If we do not change SS it will soon go broke and there will be no checks. They need to do what Reagan and Tip O'Neil did in the eighties and that is agree not to beat each other at the next election and readjust the rates to meet the current conditions. In my day one could collect a reduced benefit at age 62 and collect full benefits at 65 now it's is 63 and 66. It needs to go to 67 and 70 or else. In my day the guys my age were all dead, now people are living int into ninties...... .

How about this, I posed it be before but nobody replied. How can we be expected to believe those that tell us CO2, that today comprise less than .004 percent of our atmosphere, effects the average temperature on the earth be it up either up or down, when the historical record proves that the percentage of CO2 during the millions of year the dinosaurs roamed the earth was FIVE times what it is today and the world survived? I have done dozens of searches for the answer and all I ever get is that IT IS, but never found any scientific explanation of HOW that can be possible The only thing I did find was back in the sixties and seventies the "scientist" were telling us we were heading into another ICE AGE because of "pollution." They were suggesting then that the US government cover the glacier in Alaska with carbon black to help melt some of the glaciers to cool the oceans and Russian scientist were urging its government to place a giant mirror in space over Siberia to reflect sunlight longer during the day, to help melt the glacier there as well.

Look how Maagret Thacher turned around the economy of the UK buy cutting tax rates 40% as did Reagan in the US in their day.

I believe it is time for us to not re-elect ANYONE so we can send a message to those that want to SERVE us. I served as Mayor of my town during the nineties. When I left office I was interview by the local TV babe who asked why I was not a candidate for re-elect since I was such a popular Mayor. I told he I was a true Republican, as envisioned by the founders of our REPUBLIC who SERVED the REPUBLIC then got out to the way for other citizen legislators to serve as well. How we ever came to the point where those that serve as Senator and Congressman can get a pension, is beyond me.

Call and write to you US Senator and Congressmen and make sure they vote to change the laws to allow for more drilling of the trillions of barrels of untapped crude oil still in the ground in the US and off of our shores. Also ask them to support the folks in North Eastern Pennsylvania that want to turn Anthracite coal into diesel fuel. To hell with the foreign oil Sheiks

The reason is they use less electricty, but they actully cost you more money, than they save in enery costs. They do not last as long as we are told, they produce fewer lumins over time and BY LAW must be disposed as HAZARDES WAIST, because they contain Mercury. However you have no choise on the matter, the sale of Incandesent bulbs is being outlawed by federal law. The 100 watt bulds are no longer being manufactured already, with the others to be gone by 2013. To make it worce CFL bulbs are ALL imported. GE closed a plant in Pennsylvanis that cost the jobs of 300 American workers. The reason is CFL bulbs are all imported is the current government regulations make it too coslty to manufacture them in the US. The Environuts are running the government today. Thje differnt most of us are Envirmentalists, in that we do not want to poop where we eat, but the Environuts do not want us to eat, so there is no poop.
