http://www.fmaware.org/News2fc00.html?page=NewsArticle&id=7709 This link provides an interesting concept on how the Chinese have long believed how "dampness in the body" relates to fibromyalgia pain. There is a list of damp foods (to avoid) and dry foods to help ease symptoms.

Anyone had sciatica really badly followed by neck problem and fibromyalgia?

I had never had sciatica until a couple of weeks before I became suspicious of having fibromyalgia. I had had an upset the week before and had just gotten over having a mild flu. It wasn't until one day my cat stepped up onto my leg while I was sitting down and realizing that it hurt that something was wrong. My Mom has FM so I was confident that I knew what it was. I've had neck problems for over 10 years. I'm being treated by a chiropractor now and feel alot better than I did. If you're not already, see an arthritis specialist or a nuerologist. Anti-depressants work well. Don't give up on yourself if one treatment doesn't work or if another gives you uncomfortable side effects. I can let you know what all has worked for me if you would like.

Has anybody ever been to a Jehovah's Witness meeting?

Two or three times. I loved it and probably still would attend on a weekly basis if the closest Kingdom Hall weren't 45 minutes away.
