Yes I received the extended warranty and $10.19 in may 2011. took long enough. But to my surprise the serial # on the warranty was wrong,,, not what I sent to them with all the other inf. So I got a useless warranty and have not been able to get it corrected. web site no help,, and toll free # is just a recording.
