How to improve your rating?

I have a right hand with only 2 fingers and they really don't work to good. I am thinking of going below elbow and I am thinking with a prosthetic I can do mych better. I also use crutches for walking so I may go just a little shorter on the bone to get more skin to cover for better padding. What do you think?

That was the option cause the two fingers don't really work and being that I also use crutches it is just trying to figure out where to cut. I am trying to get feed back cause I don't want to loose more body parts but if they can't fix it and just hangs there a prosthetic would do better. That is how I am trying to make sence of it all.
