A lot of these decisions came from the costume designer, Milena Canonero – she is really the Grande Dame of costume design, he says. "She started with A Clockwork Orange (1971) and stuff like that and has four Academy Awards. She just called me and said 'Give me watches. Give me glasses and give me watches.'
