This one link is special because it harkens back to Omega's first foray into the Bond franchise way back in 1995 when link Pierce Brosnan wore what's become link known as the "Bond Seamaster" in Goldeneye. Taking cues from that original watch, Omega has blended elements of general vintage-ness with bits from the now iconic '90s design.

Editions are made for the masses on a philosophical level – and that's what makes them so special. But with the M.A.D. 1 RED, you're getting that level of execution at a price that is for everyone.
Clearly inspired by the endless charm of the Art Deco period, this Hampton manages a Reverso-esque feel without getting too close for comfort. Its link polished steel link case is 31mm wide and 48mm lug to lug (for reference, a "large" Cartier Tank Louis Cartier is 25.5 x 33.7, so the Hampton is very rectangular), and its dial mixes opaline and link grained silver finishing to offer strong legibility when applied in conjunction with the dark ruthenium-finished hands and markers.
Throughout the week we kept our eyes peeled for what was going on in the crowds and on the wrists around us. We saw people wearing interesting watches in interesting, often unexpected, ways. That says as much about the state of watch collecting link as headlines and proper industry news. When I visited Glashutte for the first time last year, I got to spend some time with the folks link at Nomos and dive a bit into their archives to suss out what might make some Nomos releases more collectible than others.
