grab a newspaper or any type of paper. Let it be in a square shape. Fold it evenly half way. The ends of the folded part from each corner fold to meet half way, creating a triangle shape. The left end corners of the open bottom fold up .... sorry have to stop here ...I rather show it graphically. I will get back.

I believe ... if there was no religion there will be no peace or any positive believes. I believe its like having Faith on something like a higher power in life. If you believe in something very strong that you hold close to your heart and you make it your own, you will be free and feel peace withing you and among other humans.
