My inbox messages always delete by itself....lots of my important messages was deleted and it keeps on happening....what should i do?

Your mailbox has a preference and it needs to be changed. Go to your application bar (the top bar on your screen). Select the word mail and you will then see a preference tab that will bring up an option box. You should be able to change your delete preference in the ACCOUNTS tab. I hope this helps!
