“For death remembered should be like a mirror, Who tells us life’s but breath, to trust it error.” what does this mean?

I find it to mean that when we die, we will look back on Death and remember it like a mirror (looking back on death, as opposed to us now looking forward to it) - that we continue to exist in the Afterlife and think the only difference is that life is but breath... but that is not true, for life is much more than only breath. For in Death we are not breathing but we are still Alive. Death is simply not the end of Life...
