repair manual for a Coleman vertex 7500 watt generator

Need to replace the solenoid on a Coleman 7500 vertex generator. It's mounted on the bottom of the platform between the engine and the generator. Not sure if I need to remove the engine or if I can remove the control panel and get to it that way. Curious what the recommended procedure is.
