Depending on your experience and skillset, you won’t need to worry about getting paid a low salary. Medical jobs, or any field related to it, offer some of the highest salaries in the U.S. 

There are tons of sites. It might be a good idea to start your search on Youtube (or here) and watch how the pro's play online. You can actually learn a lot from the videos if you take the time to make notes and apply the tips in your own games of course!
