With the differences, people do need each other and they can put them aside so as to form an understanding of some sort. People need teamwork so as to be able to achieve certain things in life and in the work place. The greater need for achievement, projects and fulfillment can make it possible for people to set the differences aside and collaborate for a similar cause.
