I always experience allergy whenever I take meat like pork, chicken, beef and all. I experience itchy body followed by rashes after about five minutes of eating those meat. I suffered the same ever since i was small. What could be the reason for the way my body is reacting?

dont intake fishy foods or those with bloody meat,you may eat more on vegetables or fruits.
