These are called "floaters". When I first realized I had them 40 yrs ago, scared the hell out of me. BUT.....40 years after I saw my Opthalmologist I'm just like I was and none the worse for wear.
The 1st thing you do is get checked by an OPTHALMOLOGIST to find out if the floaters are being caused by a serious medical condition. Mine were not.

You do not kill a tree stump! It dies with in a few days/weeks of the trunk,branchs and leaves/needles being cut off
What you need is:(1) DYNAMITE (2) STUMP GRINDING MACHINE; OR(3) STUMP REMOVER,(copper sulfate is probably the best) found at your local hardware or feed supply store.
However, just remember, DYNAMITE IS THE FASTEST BUT ILLEAGLE; GRINDING MACHINE THE SECOND FASTEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE; STUMP REMOVER THE CHEAPEAST AND SSLLLOOOOWWWWWEEEEEESSSSSSSTTTTTTTT.
