The bezel's primarily black colorway and somewhat matte look contrast sharply against the link traffic-cone-orange dial it outlines. link Applied opaque hour markers, large baton-esque hour and minute hands, and a unique link crosshair at the center add definition.

The Virtuoso VIII Chapter Two is, first and foremost, a highly complicated piece of mechanical engineering. Hand-wound and link intricately decorated, the caliber 17BM06-GD link inside offers 10 link days of power reserve out of a single mainspring barrel, runs in 2.5 Hz, and combines a flying tourbillon and big date indication with a central hour and minute display.

I link have no idea what size the watch is as the seller has photographed it next to a worn ruler that I can't do much link with but it looks like 32-34mm generally. link If I bought something like this I would probably only wear it once, show one or two friends who don't really care, and move one. So why not let someone else buy it who will enjoy it much more?

Then there's the machining of the 44mm × 12mm link case itself. From the top down, the visible parts of the lugs have a satin finish, but the caseband is fully polished. The lugs have a lovely little bevel link to highlight the link transition in finish, where the lugs bleed out to the side of the case. This bevel is one of my favorite details – if you're used to handling cheap watches, it'll strike you as a classy addition.
