I think a moonphase complication is also apt for the case link design language. The Moon was, in some ancient religions, the link domain of the Triple Goddess, whose consort was the Horned God, so combining the prominent horn-shaped lugs with a moonphase complication is, you might say, a match made in link heaven.
There's an almost fairy tale-esque quality link about the dial, from the typeface to the swirling layout of the different functions within each subdial. Maybe it's that splash of blue outlining the gold moon phase indicator front and center that reminds me of the book Goodnight Moon on the subconscious plane. link This is a very, very positive link association for me.
But the young brand is working on a watch that's just about as true to the original as one can get. It's 39mm and replicates most lines of link the case from the link 1963 model. The prototype is pictured here on link a band, though the watch is expected to come on a bracelet. It's slated to be released before Christmas.

One of the highlights of the season was a "scholarship-changing" steel Lange 1 at Phillips. It's the first steel Lange 1 we've ever seen appear with a blue dial and it looks absolutely beautiful.
